How to use

As a drink: 

• Add one teaspoon to one gallon of distilled water and shake. 
• Drink 12-16 ounces per day. Can be used as mineral cloud water when poured on plants.

As a poultice:

• Mix ¼ cup with 1 tbsp of distilled water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
• Apply liberally to affected areas. Keep the area moist by spraying water on the
• poultice or by wrapping it in plastic wrap. Leave the poultice on for 30 minutes to an hour. 
• NOTE: Avoid using metal utensils for mixing. Use a wooden spoon if possible.

As a Toothpaste:

Earthing Clay Toothpaste Recipe:

• 4 Tbsp. Earthing Clay
• 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil (liquified)
• 15 drops Trace Minerals
• 1 ½ Tbsp. *Xylitol *(Toxic to Dogs)
• 10 drops Peppermint Oil
• 10 drops *Tea Tea Oil *(Pregnant and Breast-Feeding Women Should Avoid)
• 10 drops *Myrrh Oil (*Pregnant and Breast-Feeding Women Should Avoid)

Start with adding the Xylitol into a bowl (not metal). It’s a little grainy, so grind it up. Then mix in the remaining ingredients well until desired paste consistency is reached. Use a wooden or plastic spoon to scoop desired amount into your mouth. Use your toothbrush as usual to brush and rinse with clean water. This mixture can be stored in a sealed container that is not metal in your medicine cabinet or bathroom counter and will remain fresh for a long time.

(Avoid using metal spoons/bowls when mixing. Stainless Steel is fine. Wood or Plastic Spoons/Bowls are fine). Other variations or ingredients you can add or try are:

• Baking Soda
• Calcium Carbonate
• Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt
• Essential Oils: Mint, Clove, Cinnamon, Orange, Spearmint
• (Baking Soda, Calcium Carbonate and Salt are Excellent Whiteners)
• Control the pasty consistency when trying variations with the amount of Coconut Oil used.

Source of Clay and Product Certifications:

Most suppliers of clay cannot claim purity standards. Many claim they are hand mined but are not. Some clay is cut and not pure and some even contain lead. Our clay is mined from deposits in the mountains of Nevada on the western edge of the Great Basin, formed by ancient volcanic activity.
