About Earthing Clay

Earthing Clay is a natural healing supplement for the body that can be used both internally and externally.

Important Guidelines:

Store your clay in a dry shaded area such as a cabinet and avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Do not leave the clay outside during the day or overnight. Avoid carbonated beverages of all kinds before and after consuming. When consuming, works best with a clean diet. (Avoid fried foods, alcohol, fast food, processed foods) Avoid using metal utensils for mixing. Use wooden spoons if possible.
